Dr. Theodore is trained in many different chiropractic techniques and and will use the one best suited for your issue. In addition to chiropractic techniques, Dr. Theodore uses many different physical therapy modalities. These include electrical stimulation, Ultrasound, Traction, PNF and Therapeutic Exercises.Dr. Theodore also offers Dry Needling. Dry Needlingis a technique used to treat chronic pain with very few side effects. The goal of dry needling to release trigger points to relieve pain and improve range of motion.
Dry needling uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and release trigger points in muscles and connective tissues. By performing this treatment, it reduces pain, increases mobility and speeds up the process of rehabilitation.
Unlike some other offices, our treatment rooms are private and calming.

Insurance/Payment Info
Ugh Insurance!. It can be confusing and hard to talk to someone at your insurance company. We are happy to contact your insurance company and verify your chiropractic benefits for you. We participate with (are IN-Network with):
*Note about Medicare: Medicare DOES NOT pay for the initial examination. There is a $120 fee during the 1st initial visit.
*Note about United Healthcare Community Plan- there are no chiropractic benefits for adults over 21 for this policy. All UHC HMO policies (including UHC Community Plan) requires a referral from their PCP. The referral is required to be uploaded by the PCP through the United Healthcare Provider Portal prior to being seen.
We also accept insurance that we are OUT of NETWORK with if the policy has out of network benefits. You can see if you have out of network benefits by looking for "OON" on your insurance card.
NO insurance? Not a problem! We have affordable self-pay rates. We accept cash, apple pay, HSA, debit and all major credit cards.
We believe in being transparent and upfront about fee's and insurance, no surprises.
